MARIA
Pendant lamp made out felt pieces which are all reinforced with fiberglass sticks. The lamp is finished by a 85cm diameter diffusing disc. The felt piece is die-cutted and repeated to create the lampshade.
Maria is a pendant lamp which tend to use felt in a delicate manner. It is a modern take on our grand mother’s old umbrella and underline the smooth fringes through modern lines.
The felt protect the lightbulb while creating a cozy lightning in your home.
The good balance between classic industrial design process and traditional “savoir-faire” offers, through Maria, a new direction for the manufacturer Dix-heures-dix.
